Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mailboxes and e-newsletters. Also, you can forward mail messages from one mail account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your email mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mails based on specific rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just select the email account you would like to forward mails from, then select the target email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
